If you're looking for a responsive, relationship-focused provider for a participant, we'd love to hear from you. We aim to confirm capacity and respond to all referrals within one business day.
Allied Health Professionals
Occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, speech therapists and other allied health professionals are welcome to refer directly. We're experienced in MDT collaboration and committed to implementing recommendations consistently in the community.

Every referral is reviewed personally by a member of our team — not a call centre, not an automated system. We'll check our current capacity and confirm we service the participant's area before reaching out.
We make contact
We'll call or email you — whichever you've requested — to have an initial conversation. If you're a Support Coordinator, we'll give you a clear answer on capacity and next steps quickly, so you're not left waiting or following up.

We confirm the right fit
We'll ask a few more questions about the participant's needs, preferences, and goals to make sure we can genuinely meet them. We'd rather be honest about fit early than overpromise and underdeliver.

Onboarding begins
If we're the right match, we'll send through our Service Agreement and intake documentation and work with you to set a start date. We aim to move quickly without cutting corners.
