Sakara Care is a small, dedicated NDIS provider committed to delivering genuine, consistent, and person-centred support.

We support people with a wide range of disabilities, support needs, and life circumstances across New South Wales. Whether someone requires assistance to build independence, access their community, maintain daily routines, navigate complex challenges, or simply have the right support alongside them, our approach remains the same: support that is respectful, responsive, and tailored to the individual.

We’re known for our relationship-focused approach, trauma-informed practice, and commitment to seeing the person beyond the diagnosis. No two people are the same, and we believe support shouldn’t be either.
